About this role
As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for infrastructure support, troubleshooting operating systems and resolving data center equipment issues. The role includes server rack installation, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, rackdown recovery, documentation, and acting as an escalation point for junior technicians.

Technical Overview
This is a data center operations role within AWS Infrastructure Services focused on maintaining data center infrastructure and operational stability. You will troubleshoot operating systems and network issues, perform physical installation and repair (server racks and hardware), and support recovery procedures such as rackdown recovery, following safety and security standards.
