AWS data center role focused on installing and maintaining hardware, troubleshooting server and network components, and supporting 24/7 data center operations. The position requires travel between data centers and on-call availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues, responding to operational incidents
- Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Perform on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management activities
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Train and onboard new team members
