Data Center Technician maintains AWS data center operations, performing hardware install/break-fix, network troubleshooting, and on-call support in a 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix on components, troubleshoot network issues, respond to operational incidents, participate in on-call duties

Technical Overview

Hands-on server hardware and network repair, server rack installation, and procedural documentation; requires ability to work shifts and travel to data center sites.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an entry-level data center technician with 1+ year hardware troubleshooting experience, able to work flexible shifts and travel to regional centers. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Must-Have Skills
