About this role

Join AWS as a Data Center Technician responsible for day-to-day data center operations in a 24/7 environment. You will repair hardware and networks, install equipment, troubleshoot issues, travel between sites for training/coverage, and produce documentation.

Technical Overview

Hands-on infrastructure support focused on hardware and network repair, equipment installation, and troubleshooting to keep AWS data centers running. Work includes physical operational tasks in elevated/cramped/noisy environments with shift coverage for 24/7 operations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an on-the-ground data center technician who can independently and collaboratively maintain 24/7 data center operations. They have hands-on experience with hardware and network repair, equipment installation, documentation, and rapid troubleshooting in operational environments that require travel and physical job readiness.
