Data Center Technician for AWS involvement includes hardware diagnostics and repairs, network troubleshooting, and on-call incident response in data centers. The role requires night shifts, travel between facilities, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Respond to incidents

- Documentation and onboarding new team members
Technical Overview
Hands-on hardware repair, rack installations, OS repairs, Linux systems, network troubleshooting, incident response, change management, and documentation in a 24/7 data center environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level data center technician with 1.5-2 years of hardware troubleshooting and layer 1/2 networking experience, able to work night shifts and travel between data center sites. Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to relocate or travel as needed.
