Data Center Technician supports AWS data centers by performing hardware installations and repair, network troubleshooting, and incident response. The role requires travel between data centers, on-call duties, and active participation in documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform server rack installations
- Hardware break-fix and network troubleshooting
- On-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management
- Contribute to documentation and process improvement
- Train and onboard new team members
