Data Center Technician in OH supporting AWS data center operations with hardware and network diagnostics, on-call rotation, and 24/7 shift coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues, responding to operational incidents, and repairing network, server hardware, and operating system; Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders; Performing on-call duties and participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities; Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives; Helping to train and onboard new team members

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level Data Center Technician with 1.5-2 years of hardware and L1/L2 networking experience, capable of working 24/7 shifts across OH data centers and willing to travel.
Must-Have Skills
18+ months of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience18+ months of computer layer 1/2 networking experience (including troubleshooting and repair)Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as neededWork a flexible schedule including weekendsnightsand holidays
