AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to support 24/7 data center operations in Mesa, Arizona. The role includes server rack installations, hardware repair (break-fix), network troubleshooting, responding to incidents, and contributing to documentation and process improvements.

  • Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix
  • Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents

This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused on keeping AWS data center systems running by maintaining hardware and addressing network issues. The ideal candidate is an entry-level data center technician who can perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix while troubleshooting network issues and responding to operational incidents. They are comfortable working a 24/7 on-call environment, document work, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and contractors.
