About this role
Data Center Technician supports AWS data centers with hands-on hardware troubleshooting, server rack installations, and network repair in a 24/7 environment. This role requires travel between facilities and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix
- Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents
- Maintain documentation and process improvements
- On-call duties and scheduled maintenance
- Train and onboard new team members
