About this role
Manage client onboarding and IP data migration for a SaaS legal technology product. Own the end-to-end onboarding workflow, including data mapping, transformation, analysis, and customer record accuracy, with frequent spreadsheet work and some client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new and existing customers and their onboarding of IP data
- Perform data mapping and manage complex datasets with high level of attention to detail
- Migrate customers' data into our preferred format
- Coordinate and receive inputs from customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer records and resolve issues timely
Technical Overview
Role focuses on data migration and onboarding operations, including data mapping, data transformation, and analysis using Excel. Works across internal and customer stakeholders to ensure migrated datasets land in the preferred format and onboarding systems remain up to date.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in a data or implementation-focused role supporting SaaS or professional web-based solutions, with strong Excel proficiency (including sorting/filtering and VLOOKUPs). Theyβve led client data migrations and onboarding end-to-end, manage multiple migrations at once, and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. Experience with customer success tools like Vitally or ChurnZero and an intellectual property background are strong advantages.
