Data Migration Specialist responsible for onboarding new PatientsNow clients by transforming, importing, and validating data into the platform, ensuring data integrity and alignment with system requirements across SaaS healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, normalize, and map incoming client data; execute data imports using internal tools; identify and resolve data-related issues; collaborate with Implementation Specialists to understand client use cases; provide ongoing client support and QA
Technical Overview
Involves data cleaning, normalization, mapping to the PatientNow EMR, data imports using internal tools, QA/validation, and collaboration with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams; SQL/APIs/ETL tools experience is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level data migration specialist with 2-4 years of experience in data migration/analysis, proficient in Excel and data mapping, and comfortable working with SQL, APIs, and ETL tools in a SaaS healthcare software environment.
