About this role

The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst provides data, reporting and business intelligence services to support decision-making. They translate business requirements into reporting solutions, maintain and improve reports, and govern data and metrics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop reporting solutions following internal standards and best practices
Maintain and improve the reliability, efficiency and functionality of existing reports
Facilitate team request intake sessions to collect reporting requirements and determine project prioritization
Build and maintain reporting, data, and metrics governance processes
Coach and provide guidance to other members

Technical Overview

Primary tech scope includes SQL-based data analysis and BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, SAS, Alteryx, Business Objects) with Excel/Access; governance, data consolidation, and modeling.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior data & reporting analyst with 5+ years of data analysis and reporting experience, strong SQL and BI tool proficiency, and healthcare data experience. They will translate business requirements into reliable reports and govern data/metrics across the organization.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in MathematicsComputer ScienceInformation Systems or related area of study; HS diploma or GED required5 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting3 years of SQL experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
