About this role

Lead a data science team delivering AI/ML analytics for Citizens' Business Banking. Responsible for technical and people leadership, feature stores, and translating business needs into analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data scientists to build advanced analytical capabilities aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership and business stakeholders to understand business needs, develop work plans, and implement advanced analytics solutions (including machine learning, optimization, and heuristic models)
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive feature stores and curated data for domains such as sales, marketing, finance, profitability, targeting and customer life cycle analytics
  • Generate analytical insights and provide strategic direction to senior management
  • Provide technical and people leadership, managing and developing a high-performance team of data scientists
