Data Scientist - AI & Machine Learning (Hybrid) develops, analyzes, and models organizational data to measure performance, evaluate operational changes, and design modeling approaches; requires collaboration with partners and domain experts.

• Use machine learning and predictive modeling across problem domains
• Manipulate complex datasets and define model specifications
• Work with partners to identify critical questions
• Develop problem definitions and research designs for modeling projects
• Research and apply industry best practices

Stack includes Python, Google Cloud Platform, LLM APIs, version control; heavy emphasis on ML, predictive modeling, and handling large structured and unstructured data.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level data scientist with strong Python, cloud (GCP) and LLM API experience, capable of modeling diverse data, collaborating with domain experts, and delivering customer-oriented solutions in an insurance context.
