About this role
The Data Specialist – Membership Services supports membership records and dues processing for a remote team within Florida. This role resolves dues payment issues, updates data in the Customer Management System (CMS), and generates membership and dues reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact members to resolve dues payment issues (NSFs, declined transactions, billing discrepancies)
- Provide professional support on account status and payment options
- Enter, update, and maintain membership data in the Customer Management System (CMS)
- Monitor and reconcile dues payment records for data accuracy
- Generate and analyze membership and dues reports for internal teams and leadership

The work focuses on data accuracy, reconciliation of payment records, and generating internal reports based on updated membership and dues information.
