About this role
Supply chain process improvement engineer supporting distribution centers with time studies, lean initiatives, and SOP development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts time studies; Performs base analyses (zero-base, rate, network, statistical, flow path); Identifies improvement opportunities and leads cross-functional projects; Develops reports and ad hoc queries; Develops SOPs and training; Provides facility and capacity planning support
Technical Overview
Focus on analytical methods (time studies, statistical analyses) and Lean-Six Sigma across logistics processes; heavy use of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for reporting and facility planning.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level logistics process engineer with 2+ years of experience, a bachelor's in engineering or related field, and strong lean sigma/kaizen experience who can lead cross-functional improvement projects at RDCs and develop SOPs.
