About this role
Lead the operation, maintenance, and repair of material handling equipment in Ulta Beauty's 300,000+ sq ft distribution center to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs industrial electrical systems
- Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots power distribution and lighting
- Maintains and repairs Material Handling Systems
- Troubleshoots PLC ladder logic and related components
- Enters data into the CMMS program
Technical Overview
Role combines hands-on electrical/mechanical maintenance with CMMS data entry and coordination of MHE systems (conveyors, case erectors, sortation). Requires PLC ladder logic and fault-finding across industrial equipment; licenses for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing are required.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level maintenance technician with 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a distribution center, strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting skills, and valid HVAC/Electrician/Plumber licenses. They can lead maintenance tasks, guide CMMS data entry, and communicate priorities to site management.
