About this role
Create and automate analytical reports and dashboards to support program and process decisions, including KPI design and measurement. You will mine DW platforms for raw data, generate statistical insights, and document procedures for reporting and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document analytical reporting needs through deep dive analytics
- Design key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance
- Mine DW platforms and analyze raw data to produce statistical reports and recommendations
- Automate report generation using SQL, SAS, DW concepts & advanced Excel
- Build dashboards with Tableau, DataZen, PowerBI & Infographics and document reporting procedures for training
Technical Overview
Works with SQL and SAS plus data warehouse (DW) concepts and advanced Excel to automate report generation. Builds dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, DataZen, and PowerBI, and uses root cause analysis to improve business processes.
