Data Center Engineering Operations Technicians (EOT) are the frontline responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation in AWS data centers, providing 24/7 coverage and ensuring safety and reliability.

  • Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as HVAC PMs and rack power installs
  • Supervise contractors and support Data Center Ops technicians
  • Respond to off-hour emergency calls

Hands-on facilities engineering with emphasis on electrical/mechanical systems, building automation, and CMMS-driven maintenance.

The ideal candidate is a highly capable data center technician with US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, capable of hands-on maintenance of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure, including diesel generators, switchgear, UPS, and building automation systems.
