About this role
Data Center Technician supporting AWS data centers with hardware troubleshooting, rack installations, and network diagnostics; participates in on-call rotation and travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix on various components, troubleshooting network issues, responding to operational incidents that impact service availability, and carrying out routine network, server hardware, and operating system repairs to contribute to the overall availability of AWS services

Hands-on hardware maintenance in data centers, Linux networking, server hardware repair, cabling, and shift-work logistics for 24/7 operations.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level data center technician with 1+ year networking and Linux experience, able to perform hardware troubleshooting, rack installations, and network diagnostics in a 24/7 shift environment across multiple data centers.
