About this role
Deal Coordinator/Transaction Coordinator role supporting a brokerage team within JLL’s Markets Operations. The person will manage transaction accuracy, handle revenue recognition documentation, generate invoices, maintain lease deal databases, and support accounts receivable collections and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage brokerage pipeline at 100% accuracy
- Submit commercial real estate deals for revenue recognition
- Generate invoices within 48hrs upon request
- Maintain lease database and files with accurate data
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
Technical Overview
No software engineering stack specified. Uses Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and JLL internal database/platform(s) to process and validate transactions and maintain deal and lease records.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented transaction coordinator who has 2–3 years of relevant professional experience and can manage commercial real estate transactions with high accuracy. They are strong in revenue recognition workflows, invoice preparation, lease database maintenance, and accounts receivable collections. They work well with brokerage, operations, finance, and external clients while meeting tight deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s Degree required.Act as primary liaison between brokerageoperations & corporate finance.Manage brokerage pipeline at 100% accuracy.Review & submit commercial real estate deals for revenue recognition – collect & validate required documents & maintain lease database and files.Process and validate all transactions within JLL database.Accounts Receivable Management - ensuring timely collections.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (strong-above average Excel skills) & Adobe Acrobat.
Nice-to-Have Skills
2-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional company environment preferred.
