About this role
This role is responsible for commercial operations between Sales, Finance, and Legal, owning deal structure, pricing, and contract execution end-to-end. You manage the contract lifecycle, enforce deal approvals, and help build scalable systems for predictable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on deal structure, pricing, and packaging
- Enforce and refine the deal approval matrix
- Own the contract lifecycle including order forms and red lines
- Coordinate legal review and move deals to signed contracts
- Launch new products into GTM systems as the business evolves
Technical Overview
This is an operations/commercial role centered on deal desk workflows, contract lifecycle management, and process/system building in GTM systems. It includes leveraging AI to automate repetitive deal desk tasks and ensuring deal terms align with billing, revenue recognition, and commission handling.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a deal desk and contracts operations professional who can own commercial deal execution end-to-end, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal. They have experience structuring and pricing deals (including renewals and change orders), managing the contract lifecycle (order forms and red lines), and ensuring signed agreements align with what can be billed, recognized, and used for commission. They are comfortable building processes from scratch and using AI to automate repetitive deal desk work.
