Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS-based contact center solutions for enterprise customers. You will guide migration, provide technical leadership, and mentor teams throughout project delivery.

Technical Overview
Role centers on AWS cloud integration for contact centers, with hands-on work across Amazon Connect, NLP/LLM tooling (Rasa/Dialogflow/Lex), and API/web service integrations. Familiarity with Terraform and Python for automation is a plus; security/compliance (HIPAA/GDPR) knowledge is beneficial.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior delivery consultant with 3+ years in contact center architecture, hands-on NLP/NLU experience, and a track record of integrating multiple CC platforms on AWS. Strong communication and mentoring skills plus familiarity with security/compliance standards are essential.
