Delivery Lead - IT (contract) leads delivery roadmaps and cross-functional programs for Hilton's Enterprise Architecture Platforms, driving planning, dependencies management, and vendor coordination in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain delivery roadmaps and schedules
Establish program cadence
Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation
Manage risks and issues
Build relationships and influence PMO/leadership

Technical Overview

Strong emphasis on multi-method delivery (waterfall, agile, Kanban, Scrum), delivery scheduling, risk and dependency management, and PMO reporting; vendor management.
