About this role
Regional Demand Gen Manager reports into education-focused marketing leadership to design and execute scalable demand programs across priority regional markets, driving awareness, acquisition, and pipeline velocity through multi-channel campaigns and partnerships with regional field marketing and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design regional demand programs
- Develop and manage regional demand and conversion programs for ~15 Tier 1 states
- Build scalable digital campaigns
- Execute regional campaigns (geo-targeted ads, content syndication, regional paid/organic search, email, social)
- Collaborate with field marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership
- Monitor ROI and funnel performance
Technical Overview
Stack includes CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Oracle Eloqua) with a digital marketing toolkit spanning email, social media, paid search, and content marketing. Emphasis on data-driven optimization and ROI tracking.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level demand generation professional with 5+ years of experience in education technology or publishing, proficient in Salesforce and Oracle Eloqua, and data-driven in creating regional campaigns that scale across ~15 Tier 1 states. They excel at multi-channel marketing, collaborating cross-functionally, and translating insights into measurable pipeline growth.
