About this role
Vehicle Replacement Specialist I provides vehicle replacement reports for total loss claims, handling inbound inquiries and outbound communications with dealerships and financial institutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate vehicle replacement reports
- Provide Level One support to clients
- Answer client questions and explain report content
- Maintain documentation and escalate to Tier 2 as needed
- Conduct valuation research and liaise with dealerships
Technical Overview
Focus on customer service processes, data handling, and use of Windows/Microsoft Office/SharePoint to document and escalate issues.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual French-English customer service professional with 1–2 years of experience, capable of handling vehicle replacement reports for total loss claims, and comfortable working remotely with basic IT tools.
