About this role

As a Demand Planning Analyst, you will develop and align the demand plan for Polaris ORV product line, building accurate forecasts using statistical models and cross-functional input to guide production and inventory decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly Demand Review process to drive cross-functional alignment on the 18-month ORV demand plan
Develop accurate retail and industry forecasts using trend analysis, Blue Yonder statistical models, competitive insights, promotional inputs, and leadership guidance
Analyze, consolidate, and execute product line, segment, and marketing name forecasts
Integrate dealer profiles, order forecasts, and inventory targets to build the ship plan
Present industry, retail, and ship forecasts–along with risks and opportunities–to ORV leadership

Technical Overview

Tech stack includes Power BI and Alteryx, with forecasting methods like Blue Yonder models; requires Excel proficiency; strong data integrity and ability to present to leadership.
