About this role
The Design & Construction Services Specialist/Analyst supports planning, coordination, and administrative management of capital construction projects across development and construction. The role focuses on organized documentation, stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and support for preconstruction and construction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project teams with coordination, documentation, and communication from early planning through construction completion.
- Maintain organized project documentation-including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence-within company systems such as Procore or SharePoint.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to support schedule adherence and overall project progress.
- Coordinate communication among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring timely information flow.
- Prepare project closeout materials such as warranties, asbuilts, and final reports, while supporting continuous improvement of project documentation standards and workflows.
Technical Overview
Works with construction documentation systems and tools such as Procore and SharePoint, and may use Bluebeam for construction workflows. Responsible for document control activities including drawing revision tracking, submittals and RFIs coordination, and generating status updates and executive summaries using Microsoft Office.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction coordination professional (2–4 years) who can manage project documentation and communicate across preconstruction and construction teams. They are highly organized, comfortable tracking drawings, revisions, RFIs, and milestones, and proficient with document control platforms like Procore and SharePoint plus Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
