About this role
Support customers with in-store and in-home design consultations to drive store sales, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and promoting promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize design expertise to assist clients in consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales
- Perform productive in-home consultations including measuring and assessing living space
- Create and present design plans based on client needs and space
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve sales goals
- Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, and furniture orders
