Design Systems Designer - 3 Month FTC (UK/US)

ZEPZ Technology Services Limited is hiring a Design Systems Designer (3 Month FTC) to rebuild Sendwave’s design foundation. The goal is to make the design system fully legible to AI agents, copilots, and design-to-code tooling used by engineering teams.

• Rebuild Sendwave’s design foundation
• Make the design system fully legible to AI
• Architect a design system for human designers and AI tooling
• Support AI agent and copilot interpretation of components
• Contribute to a design-to-code ready component ecosystem

This role focuses on design system structure and component semantics so AI tooling can reliably read and interpret UI components. It bridges human design workflows with engineering-dependent design-to-code and AI agent consumption patterns.

The ideal candidate is a design systems professional who can rebuild a product design foundation with a focus on making components interpretable by AI tooling. They are mission-driven, communicate transparently, and can architect a system that works for both human designers and engineering teams using design-to-code workflows.
