Design Technologist, AWS Marketing CX

This role helps AWS Marketing reimagine website experiences through prototyping and hands-on technical experimentation. You will lead large-scale DT projects, partner with engineering to ship interactive experiences, and influence product decisions by validating ideas quickly.

• Rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes using appropriate tools and techniques
• Partner with engineering to translate interactive techniques into shipped products and services
• Lead large, wide impact DT projects across the site or product line
• Evaluate and document new creative and/or engineering standards or patterns
• Proactively mentor and develop other Designers and Engineers and present work to leadership

You will build functional prototypes to demonstrate design intent and validate usability and technical feasibility, then collaborate with engineering to ensure interactive techniques translate to products and services. The work focuses on experimentation, documentation of standards/patterns, and presenting results across leadership stakeholders.
