About this role
Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to deliver Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, with strong OS knowledge (Windows/macOS) and Office 365 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve OS/software issues on Windows/macOS
- Manage and track tickets through ITSM system
- Perform light hardware installations and AV troubleshooting
- Create and maintain documentation and inventories
Technical Overview
Supports Windows/macOS environments, Office 365 suite, ITSM tooling, and AV equipment setup; handles hardware peripherals and video conferencing.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused desktop support analyst with Level 2 experience, strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS, and familiarity with Office 365 apps and ITSM tooling.
