About this role
Desktop Support Technician providing project-based and operational support to enterprise end users. The role includes Tier 2 support for laptops and desktops, remote assistance using Dameware, and work such as imaging, upgrades, and Active Directory user builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 support for laptops and desktops onsite and remotely using Dameware
- Perform imaging for deployments
- Complete hardware/software upgrades and user builds in Active Directory
- Handle data transfers and machine configurations
- Support end users with strong communication and problem solving
Technical Overview
You will support corporate end users across the enterprise with Tier 2 laptop/desktop troubleshooting and remote support via Dameware. Project work includes imaging, hardware/software upgrades, Active Directory user builds, data transfers, and machine configuration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a junior to mid-level Desktop Support Technician who can provide Tier 2 support for laptops and desktops both onsite and remotely using Dameware. They have hands-on experience with imaging, hardware/software upgrades, Active Directory user builds, data transfers, and machine configuration, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
