About this role
Dexian is seeking a Level II Desktop Technician to support an aerospace customer. The role includes maintaining end-user devices, performing hardware upgrades, updating ServiceNow asset records, and managing VoIP devices to meet SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining computing devices and peripherals
- Install and maintain hardware and software on devices
- Install upgrades (memory, hard drives) and peripherals
- Update ServiceNow asset records and monitor SLAs
- Coordinate relocations and re-installations of equipment
Technical Overview
Focus on Windows and UNIX environments with Active Directory administration; security tooling from McAfee; ServiceNow asset management; VoIP with Cisco Call Manager/Unity; hardware troubleshooting and upgrades in an aerospace setting.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced desktop support technician with 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise PCs, skilled in AD/UNIX/Windows, ServiceNow asset management, and VoIP devices. They should be comfortable working in an aerospace environment with SLA-driven duties and security requirements.
