About this role
Support and automate KeyBank infrastructure services for banking applications, with emphasis on the Harness.io Internal Developer Platform. Build, document, and improve monitoring, resiliency, and high availability across cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, automate, and support infrastructure services
- Build, maintain, and document infrastructure components
- Monitor health, performance, and availability with a focus on Internal Developer Platform
- Implement performance targets and resolve system impacts
- Assess technical viability of solutions and follow IT standards including security and compliance
Technical Overview
Design and deliver infrastructure services and solutions, focusing on automation and continuous improvement. Work with GitLab Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, and support deployments across AWS/Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes using Ansible and Terraform.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level DevOps Engineer with experience supporting large cloud native environments and on-premises distributed computing. They have hands-on automation skills using Ansible and Terraform, and they understand web/application server technologies along with Docker and Kubernetes. They have exposure to GitLab Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, and can help design, automate, and improve infrastructure services with strong attention to security, reliability, and documentation.
