About this role
Senior DevSecOps Engineer role focusing on designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for Gong’s U.S. R&D. You will drive DevSecOps practices, implement GitOps tooling, and partner with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to secure and optimize Gong’s cloud systems.

Technical Overview
Cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS with Kubernetes; IaC using Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Pulumi; CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, CircleCI; observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog; emphasis on security automation, container security, and Kubernetes security.

The ideal candidate is a senior DevSecOps engineer with 3+ years of experience building secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS) and strong GitOps practices. They excel at designing secure CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with R&D, Security, and IT to scale Gong’s cloud footprint.
