About this role
SNO is hiring a DevOps Engineer for a Salesforce (Copado CI/CD) federal program. The role designs, implements, and maintains DevSecOps pipelines for Salesforce deployments, including automation of testing, security checks, and release processes across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce environments
- Automate code deployments, testing, and release processes
- Implement DevSecOps practices including automated testing and security checks
- Integrate security tools and enforce quality gates in pipelines
- Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot deployment issues
Technical Overview
You will build CI/CD automation for Salesforce environments using Copado DevOps, integrating security tools to enforce quality gates and DevSecOps practices. The work includes Git-based version control, build and release management, monitoring pipeline performance, and troubleshooting deployment issues in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of DevOps/CI-CD experience and hands-on Salesforce deployment expertise. They have strong, mandatory Copado DevOps experience and can design and automate secure CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps) including release lifecycle management, quality gates, and multi-environment deployments in Agile/Scrum teams.
