About this role

Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AutoNation's software delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-prem. Focus on automation, reliability, and collaboration with security and application teams; involvement in on-call where needed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Provision and configure multi-cloud infrastructure
Deploy and operate Docker/Kubernetes workloads
Implement monitoring/alerting
Participate in production deployments and on-call

Technical Overview

Responsibilities include CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/CloudFormation, container orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring/alerting using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and AppDynamics.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior DevOps/SRE engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on AWS and Azure experience, strong expertise in Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, and robust monitoring stacks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics) plus CI/CD automation in a hybrid cloud environment.
