The mechanic performs mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance across hydraulic, power train, and engine systems, supports repair prioritization, and uses blueprints while conducting welding with Carbon arc, Plasma, Mig, Tig, and Stick.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level diesel/diagnostic mechanic with 2+ years of mechanical/maintenance craft experience, including industrial mechanical repair and preventative maintenance. They can troubleshoot machine systems, perform major component repairs (engines, transmissions, differentials, pumps, motors), read blueprints, and complete welding using Carbon arc, Plasma, Mig, Tig, and Stick while following English safety procedures.
