About this role
The Digital Accessibility Training Lead designs and delivers effective accessibility-focused training programs. You will manage training content within Sitecore, coordinate with vendors to maintain compliance training standards, and improve training effectiveness using feedback and analytics.

Technical Overview

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of measurable experience delivering digital accessibility training and supporting enterprise compliance initiatives, with strong instructional delivery skills. They are proficient in Sitecore (or similar CMS) for creating and administering training content, can manage vendors and projects, and use data and feedback to improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
