- Develop adoption roadmap and KPI framework
- Manage project teams and vendors
- Oversee WalkMe configuration, QA, and deployment
- Provide executive reporting on ROI and adoption
Technical Overview
Hands-on WalkMe configuration, UAT, integrations with Salesforce/Workday/M365, and governance/analytics. Ensures data privacy, security, and accessibility standards in WalkMe deployments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 5+ years leading WalkMe/other DAP implementations across a global footprint, strong governance and ROI tracking, and experience coordinating with product, engineering, and vendors.
