About this role
Adobe is building a modern, datadriven Digital Employee Experience capability focused on improving how employees interact with workplace technology. As a DEX Analyst, you will use Nexthink to measure, understand, and elevate the digital experiences of thousands of employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Nexthink modules, dashboards, campaigns, investigations, and automated remediations
- Build experience scorecards aligned to priorities
- Analyze performance, stability, sentiment, and behavior patterns
- Partner with support, engineering, cybersecurity, and product teams
- Support surveys, feedback loops, and engagement strategies
Technical Overview
Administer Nexthink modules and telemetry; build scorecards and visualizations; analyze performance, stability, and behavior; partner with cross-functional teams to design user-focused solutions; support surveys and feedback loops; monitor incident analysis and roadmap initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data analyst with 1-2 years Nexthink experience and 4-10 years in data analysis, capable of translating telemetry into human-centered insights and communicating findings effectively to leadership.
