Drive digital intelligence and CS operations by building data infrastructure across Clay, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Gong. Translate data into actionable insights for customer success leadership and scale automated outreach and health scoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer intelligence infrastructure across Clay, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Gong
- Automated signals and health scoring
- Dashboards and reporting for digital CS performance
- Segmentation and scaled outreach support
- Analyze Gong data to inform CS strategy
Technical Overview
Leverage SQL and data warehousing concepts to build dashboards and reporting for CS and revenue optimization. Work with Gong conversation data to extract trends and inform CS strategy; collaborate across teams to connect data across platforms.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a data-driven CS Ops professional with 4+ years in CS Ops/Revenue Ops, strong SQL and data warehouse experience, and hands-on experience with Clay, Snowflake, Salesforce, and Gong. They should translate data into actionable insights for CSM leadership and scale outreach.
