Digital Manufacturing Tech Lead to design, implement, and optimize smart factory capabilities supporting OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform, leveraging Industry 4.0 methods and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define digital manufacturing strategy
- Lead MES/IIoT/digital twins architecture and deployment
- Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with manufacturing eng, operation, quality, cybersecurity
- Pilot emerging technologies (AI/ML, agentic AI, digital twins)
Technical Overview
Focus on MES, IIoT, digital twins, and data platforms with ERP/PLM integration; leadership of a technical team; collaboration with multiple functions to ensure compliant digital manufacturing in a regulated environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior engineering leader with 8+ years in manufacturing systems and Industry 4.0, hands-on MES/IIoT/digital twin experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional technical programs and mentor engineers in a medical device regulated environment.
