About this role
Digital Marketing Specialist leads end-to-end B2B2C digital campaigns for MASA’s Business Group, spanning strategy, execution, and optimization. You’ll own campaigns across search, social, email, and display and analyze performance with tools like HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize end-to-end digital campaigns
- Own HubSpot content, workflows, and marketing automations
- Collaborate with internal creative resources for assets
- Analyze campaign performance with HubSpot, Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Product to ensure lead flow
Technical Overview
Proficient with HubSpot and analytics platforms to measure and optimize campaigns; strong experience with CRM and marketing automation; collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to align campaigns with business goals.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level digital marketing professional with 3+ years running multi-channel B2B2C campaigns, strong analytics with Power BI/Tableau, and proficiency with HubSpot or similar automation platforms.
