About this role
This role drives multi-channel digital marketing performance while also serving as the first point of contact for IT support related to marketing and administrative systems. The specialist manages marketing tech stack components, keeps digital assets and websites updated, and troubleshoots hardware/software issues for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report performance metrics with analytics tools
- Manage social media accounts and website updates
- Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software
- Maintain marketing tech stack and coordinate vendor/system upgrades
Technical Overview
Supports marketing and administrative users with first-level IT troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and maintenance of a marketing technology stack (CRM, email platforms, analytics tools). Collaborates on system upgrades and ensures systems are properly licensed and secured.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level professional with 1–2 years of experience blending digital marketing execution with first-level IT support. They can manage multi-channel campaigns using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, while also troubleshooting marketing/admin systems and providing user training.
