Optimize YA’s digital presence through marketing automation, reporting, and website performance improvements. Own measurement and attribution standards, coordinate SEO/SEM, and support lead management and digital publishing across key platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze performance across Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot and similar tools
  • Implement tracking and attribution standards (UTM parameters, campaign naming conventions, Google Tag Manager)
  • Coordinate SEO/SEM efforts and keyword strategy
  • Execute marketing automation and lead management in HubSpot with email campaigns and segmentation
  • Support web publishing and CMS management (WordPress) while maintaining accessibility (WCAG)
