WBS (WEC Energy Group) is seeking a Digital Product Manager to improve the customer experience for an assigned digital product. The role uses customer and performance metrics to recommend enhancements, support self-service experiences, and execute testing to deliver improvements.

  • Drive an excellent digital customer experience through analysis and iteration of content, UI/UX design, containment, usability, accessibility and performance
  • Analyze customer usage and product performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and help implement changes
  • Recommend and execute tactics to increase digital containment and call deflection
  • Recommend large improvements and contribute to development of supporting business case
  • Support usability testing, customer-centric design, and execute test plans with test cases

Own end-to-end digital product improvements across content analysis, UI/UX design, usability, accessibility, and performance. The role builds and supports business requirements, participates in cross-functional planning, and executes test plans with development, management, and execution of test cases.

The ideal candidate is a Digital Product Manager with strong experience improving digital customer experiences using UI/UX design, usability, and accessibility best practices. They can analyze customer usage and product performance metrics to drive digital containment and call deflection, while planning and executing initiatives with cross-functional partners across IT and business stakeholders.
