About this role
Digital Product Manager responsible for Record To Report and Acquire To Retire capabilities; defines strategy, vision, and roadmaps, and partners with Product Owners, Process, Deployment, DT Engineering, Testing, and Data Governance teams to deliver scalable finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Record To Report / Acquire To Retire capabilities
- Partner with Product Owners, Process, Deployment, DT Engineering, Testing, and Data Governance teams
- Drive end-to-end product delivery and prioritization across initiatives
- Develop business case for new products and align with enterprise strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders through product lifecycle
Technical Overview
Requires deep experience with General Ledger and Asset Management, Oracle and Oracle Finance Modules, and end-to-end product delivery in enterprise environments. Preference for hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery and data governance expertise.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 8+ years of PM/leadership experience, strong Oracle/GL/asset management expertise, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end product delivery and roadmaps in hybrid delivery environments.
Must-Have Skills
8+ years of product management or equivalent project management experience8+ years leading delivery of technology solutions including business-specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives3+ years of managing projectsExperience in General Ledger or Asset ManagementExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience with end-to-end product deliveryExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning technology productsExperience of managing internal and external stakeholdersNew Product Development / Stage Gate process experienceTechnical Skills6+ years Oracle or other industry leading applications experience with various finance modules3+ years managing IT technology projects and enterprise level implementationsUnderstanding of supply chain management solutions and business processesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple initiativesExpertise in allocation of resources (peopletoolsenvironment) to enable Product teams to deliver on strategic goalsFinancial acumen to manage and adhere to plansbudgetsand value creation
