About this role
This role is for a remote Digital Project Manager who will operationally lead execution for digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, SEO implementation, and landing page updates. The person will manage intake, requirements gathering, feasibility, timeline negotiation, and cross-functional coordination between stakeholders and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake, requirements gathering, and feasibility assessment
- Negotiate timelines and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver on time
- Bridge Marketing stakeholders with agency creative partners, corporate teams, and SEO agencies
- Support execution across email marketing, SEO implementation, and landing page updates
- Facilitate between business and technical teams with clear scoping
Technical Overview
The digital project manager will work in a Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) environment and coordinate technical feasibility for marketing deliverables. They will ensure correct scoping and timely delivery, with a strong grasp of email sequencing, segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level digital project manager with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or marketing operations. They have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and a strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including email sequencing, segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
